The UK comes stacked with tea kettles, Cuba brings its cigar box, and the USA has a seemingly endless supply of cheeseburgers. Also included are Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, South Korea, and Spain.
